Why it is used
Information is intended only to help Dentree Dental Studio respond to your enquiry and arrange or discuss an appointment. Submission does not create a confirmed booking.
Delivery and storage
The form endpoint is integration-ready but requires approved email-delivery credentials before production launch. It does not record enquiry details in browser analytics or local storage. The practice must confirm its final retention, access and deletion procedures before publication.
Your choices
You may contact the practice directly on 082 682 0597 or info@dentree.co.za. A production privacy notice should identify the responsible party and process for POPIA access, correction, objection and deletion requests.
